The Hark Pro app is a free personal AI agent from Hark Labs, and it comes in three forms: an iPhone and iPad app, an Android app, and a web app at hark.com.
My verdict is that the phone app is the right way to live with it day to day, and the web app is the right way to watch it work.
Hark says all three have the same capabilities, so the differences are about the device and, as you'll see, the price you pay to upgrade.
This is a reference post, so I've put every confirmed listing fact into tables you can scan.
I tested Hark Pro on the free plan on camera, and I checked both store listings and Hark's own pages on 11 October 2026.

What Is The Hark Pro App?
Hark Pro is the product Hark Labs describes as "the operating system for your life".
It's a single, persistent chat thread with three things behind it.
The first is memory, so it learns your preferences over time.
The second is Handoff, which is a computer in the cloud that signs in to websites and takes actions like buying things and filling in forms.
The third is proactive thinking, so it suggests the next step before you ask.
Hark's guide says Hark is the company and the intelligence, while Hark Pro is the software on the web and in the iOS and Android apps.
Brett Adcock, who also founded Figure and Archer Aviation, founded Hark.
Hark Pro launched on 6 October 2026.
When I opened it, I said it feels like the Apple of AI agents, and I still think that's the fairest one-line description.

Two things stand out to me.
First, the age ratings disagree between the stores, but Hark's own terms settle it, because they say you must be at least 18.
Second, the App Store version history shows several updates in a few weeks, and every one is labelled "Refinements to Hark".
That tells me the team is shipping quickly, which is what I want from a brand-new app.
Hark's download page links both stores and shows a QR code.
Check the publisher before you install, because an unrelated podcast app called Hark Audio also appears in searches.

Hark doesn't publish a country list, so I checked storefronts myself.

A listing being visible doesn't guarantee that every service Handoff uses will work in your country.
Hark's own examples lean on US services such as OpenTable and DoorDash, so results will depend on where you live.

Onboarding
Hark recommends connecting your email first, and I connected my Gmail.
It then showed me details about myself, such as my location.
It greeted me with, "Hi Julian. What's one thing on your plate this week I could take off?"
That onboarding was easier than Grok Bot's.
Handoff and the restaurant test
I typed, "Book an Italian restaurant for Wednesday next week."
Hark asked how many people and what time, and it understood my typo'd answer of "6pm, two people".
It started booking one of my favourite restaurants on its own computer screen, and I stopped it before it completed.
Connected apps work directly inside Hark's computer, whereas with Grok Bot I often had to log in again through its computer.
I called it a very simple, easy-to-use version of something like OpenClaw straight out of the box.
Panels and Home
You say "create a new panel" and describe it.
My productivity request made Hark ask whether I meant meeting hours versus focus time, or to-do tasks, and it offered ClickUp or Asana.
The examples I saw were calendar events, Shopify packages this week and new Apple Podcasts episodes.
Fitness, workout and calorie-tracking Panels are natural fits for a phone.
Proactive inbox and Prep my day
The inbox proposes action items and you say yes or no.
"Prep my day" gave this example: "Your inbox is clean. Do you want me to pull in the sales numbers before your team sales meeting at 4 p.m.?"
Trips and integrations
Hark can plan a trip with camping spots, a packing list, a leaving time and flights.
I saw Gmail, Slack, GitHub, LinkedIn, Notion, Amazon and PayPal as integrations, plus a wallet.
Hark's guide lists Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 as direct Services.

Hark Pro App Pricing: Website Versus App Store
Hark's pricing page says all features are offered in all plans, and upgrading increases usage.

Hark's terms explain the gap, because they say the app store sets the local price when you buy through an app store.
My verdict is simple.
Compare the price on the website before you subscribe inside the iPhone app.
The App Store also lists a Hark Pro⁴ in-app purchase at $200.00.
Hark's pricing page doesn't describe that plan, so I'm not going to tell you what it includes.
I couldn't confirm Google Play's in-app prices, so I've left them out.

An agent that runs your life has to collect a lot, and the labels are honest about that.
Location is used visibly, because the app's sky background is a real-time simulation of the sky where you are.
Hark's privacy policy says it relies on your consent for device settings such as GPS location, camera or photos.
Hark's terms also say that adding your mobile number means you agree to automated text messages, and you can stop them by removing the number.
Hark's security page adds that third-party models it uses have zero data retention.

Hark Pro App Limits, Verdict By Verdict
- There is no native Mac or Windows app, and that matters if you live in desktop apps.
- Voice is input only, so it isn't a talking assistant.
- Neither listing mentions a widget or a watch app.
- Hark publishes no country list, so availability is something you test yourself.
- The free plan has a usage cap, and paid plans only raise it.
- Hark says its first physical product arrives in 2027, so there's no hardware yet.
A viewer asked whether Hark is different enough from Hermes, Muse, Dots, Grok and OpenBot to justify configuring everything from scratch.
My verdict is that it isn't worth switching for novelty.
It's worth installing if you want the simplest agent for life admin and you don't already have one doing that job.
