Of all the guest blogging outreach services I checked, my top pick is Goldie Agency, and it's my own agency, so I'm putting that disclosure in the very first line.
The rest of my ranking is Outreach Monks, Rhino Rank, OutreachZ, Linkbuilder.io, Authority Builders, Loganix and FATJOE, and I checked every one of them on its own website on 15 October 2026.
A guest blogging outreach service gets your articles published on relevant websites with a link back to you, and it handles prospecting, pitching, content, placement and reporting.
This is the verdict version, so you'll get a feature-by-feature comparison table, a short verdict on each provider and the criteria I used.

The Ranking At A Glance
- ๐ฅ Goldie Agency is my own agency, and it's first because I know exactly how its outreach is done.
- ๐ฅ Outreach Monks is the strongest third-party pick for buyers who want to approve every site.
- ๐ฅ Rhino Rank is a strong pick for buyers who want an in-house UK team doing the outreach and writing.
How I Ranked These Guest Blogging Outreach Services
I didn't run paid tests on the third-party providers, so this isn't a measured score.
I read each provider's own pages and judged them on five things a buyer can actually check.
| Criterion | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Clear process | A provider that explains prospecting, pitching, content, placement and reporting is easier to hold to account. |
| Buyer control | Being able to approve or choose sites protects your brand from irrelevant placements. |
| Reporting | A list of every live URL lets you check the work yourself. |
| Content | Articles written for the host site's readers are what Google says it doesn't discourage. |
| Fit | Some providers are built for brands, and others are built for agencies that resell. |
I haven't listed prices for anyone, because prices change often and I won't publish numbers I can't stand behind.

1. Goldie Agency (My Agency)
Goldie Agency is the SEO and link building agency I started on my own, and it now has a team of 70+ people.
The homepage promises real backlinks on high-authority sites, niche-relevant placements, links built for long-term ranking growth and manual outreach with no PBNs.
Our manual outreach guide explains the method in five steps, which are creating something link-worthy, finding relevant sites, personalising the pitch, following up and earning an in-content editorial link.
The same guide says AI can help research prospects and draft first-pass emails, while a human still owns the relationship and the personalisation.
The free strategy session page lists expert bylines, independent reviews, industry comparisons and research-led coverage as the kinds of trusted-source placements the team plans with you.
Over on Goldstar Links, we describe the skyscraper technique, a 3-layer approval process and a personal account manager.
My verdict is that it's the right pick if you want guest-post style bylines planned as part of a wider SEO and AI visibility strategy, and you should weigh that verdict knowing it's my company.
2. Outreach Monks
Outreach Monks says it has done manual-only guest posting since 2017 for 500+ agencies and brands.
Its page says every placement lands on a traffic-verified, niche-relevant site and includes a 750-word article written in-house.
You approve every domain before a pitch goes out, and the link sits in the body of the article rather than an author box.
My verdict is that it's the strongest third-party choice for buyers who want sign-off on every site.
3. Rhino Rank
Rhino Rank says its UK team pitches real, independently owned sites by hand and fulfils everything in-house, from writing to quality checks.
Each guest post is a 750+ word article with one contextual link, and every order ends with a report listing every live URL.
It says it turns away sites whose metrics look impressive but whose traffic doesn't hold up.
My verdict is that it suits buyers who want one team handling the writing and the outreach.
4. OutreachZ
OutreachZ offers managed guest posts that cover prospecting, editor pitching, topic ideas, original content, contextual placement and transparent reporting.
Its page says it follows Google's spam policies and avoids thin, scaled link placements.
My verdict is that it suits owners who want a hands-off managed service with detailed reports.
5. Linkbuilder.io
Linkbuilder.io says it convinces world-class editors in your industry to let it contribute a well-researched article with a relevant link.
Guest posting sits alongside more than 20 link building techniques in its managed monthly packages.
My verdict is that it suits companies that want guest posts as one part of a broader link plan.
6. Authority Builders
Authority Builders describes its guest post service as real outreach to real bloggers with no sponsored posts.
You can choose metrics and quantity in a package, browse its inventory yourself, or hand the whole process to its managed option.
My verdict is that it suits marketers who want a choice between doing it themselves and having it done.
7. Loganix
Loganix says its experts can hand-select placements, or you can browse its publisher database yourself.
It describes technical and hosting checks, minimum SEO benchmarks, a review of each site's link history and a human review of live content.
My verdict is that it suits buyers who like to approve each site and want a white-label report at the end.
8. FATJOE
FATJOE calls its service blogger outreach and says the post comes directly from the blog owner rather than a guest author profile.
It shows every placement in a dashboard, and it offers an unbranded CSV export for agencies that resell.
My verdict is that it suits agencies that want a productised service they can resell to clients.

What Google Says About Guest Post Links
No verdict on guest blogging outreach services is complete without Google's view.
Google's Search Central blog says it does not discourage guest articles when they inform users, educate another site's audience or bring awareness to a cause or company.
It says the violation is when the main intent is building links at scale back to the author's site.
The factors it lists are keyword-rich links, articles spread across many sites, writers who don't know the topic and the same content reused.
Google's spam policies include links with optimised anchor text in guest posts in their list of link spam examples.
They also list exchanging money for links, or for posts that contain links, as link spam.
Google says buying links for advertising is normal when the links are qualified with rel="nofollow" or rel="sponsored", and its guide to qualifying outbound links says sponsored is preferred.
That's why I score providers on content and control rather than volume, and why you should ask every provider how paid placements are marked.
Where AI Fits In Guest Blogging Outreach
AI is now part of how good outreach gets done, and it's worth knowing where it helps.
In my own Agent OS, a tool called Hermes Outreach finds and enriches prospects, validates every email address and writes a personalised pitch for each site from a one-line brief.
I still preview every email as a Gmail draft, send a safe batch each day and reply to editors myself.
Every email includes a STOP line and an unsubscribe header, and anyone who opts out is never contacted again.
The full walkthrough is on agentos.guide, and my post on Hermes Agent for SEO shows the wider workflow.

Red Flags That Lower Any Provider's Verdict
- A guarantee of rankings is a promise nobody can keep.
- A refusal to show you the sites before or after placement hides the most important part of the work.
- A site list where every blog publishes on every topic suggests the placements exist to sell links.
- Exact-match anchors on every link match the pattern Google warns about.
- A huge volume of placements for a tiny fee usually means thin content on weak sites.
Final Verdict
Goldie Agency is my pick, and I've been upfront that it's my own agency.
Among third-party providers, Outreach Monks earns second place for buyer control, and Rhino Rank earns third for keeping the whole process in-house.
Whichever provider you choose, approve the sites, keep the anchors natural and make sure paid links are marked correctly.

FAQ: Guest Blogging Outreach Services
What are the best guest blogging outreach services?
My ranking is Goldie Agency, which is mine, then Outreach Monks, Rhino Rank, OutreachZ, Linkbuilder.io, Authority Builders, Loganix and FATJOE.
How did you rank them?
I read each provider's own site on 15 October 2026 and judged process, buyer control, reporting, content and fit.
It isn't a measured quality score, and I haven't hired the third-party providers.
What's the difference between guest posting and blogger outreach?
Many providers use the terms interchangeably, while FATJOE says its blogger outreach posts come from the blog owner rather than a guest author.
Are paid guest posts allowed by Google?
Paid links are fine for advertising when they carry rel="sponsored" or rel="nofollow", but paid links that pass ranking credit count as link spam.
How much do these services cost?
Prices vary and change often, so I haven't listed them, and Goldie Agency scopes paid work after a free strategy session.
